If ever there was a person that was born to be a real estate salesperson, that would be Brad Sheehan. It very much runs in the family. Brad, a native of St. Catharines, has been surrounded by real estate his entire life. In fact, Brad is the 4th generation of active realtors carrying on the tradition in Niagara. His great grandfather and his grandfather were, in addition to real estate sales, both significant developers in the area, developing among other things much of Riverview Blvd, Glenridge Plaza and a whole lot more.
And so, there was never any debate in Brad’s mind. Right after high school, Brad joined his father’s real estate firm, Sheehan Realty and became one of the youngest realtors on the local board. Youngest, and quickly one of the most successful.
When Brad’s Dad retired from the business, Brad took over his father's firm, which he successfully ran for about a decade. But Brad’s true passion was sales, not management. So, in 1990 Brad elected to close the office down and join RE/MAX Garden City Realty.
For almost 40 years now Brad has continued to be one of the very top successful realtors in the area. He enjoys real estate. But he especially enjoys people. He gets involved in their lives and commits himself to helping them achieve their real estate goals. Small wonder his clients rave about his service and refer him to their friends. And with so many successful years to his credit, Brad often enjoys selling to his clients' children and eventually their grandchildren as well.
Today, in addition to sales, Brad has developed and manages his own Sheehan Team at Re/Max Garden City. Under his leadership and guidance, he has helped develop the sales skills of young aspiring agents who now approach the business with the same care and skill that has made Brad so successful. Ensuring that the 4th generation legacy will continue for years to come.
